SHM-289 (rough powder type) high-speed grinding is our technical research and development team. Based on years of research, we have developed and designed coarse powder equipment based on the existing patented SHM series milling machine. The modified model not only draws on foreign advanced grinding technology, but also meets the development trend and demand situation of the domestic mill market. It is an innovative equipment designed for the users of coarse powder processing.
Mainly used for grinding of brittle materials with hardness less than 5 grades, such as heavy calcium (calcite, marble, dolomite, etc.), barite, phosphate rock, talc, gypsum, petroleum coke, white carbon black, brucite, hydrogen grinding of non-flammable and explosive materials such as alumina, titanium dioxide, wollastonite, kaolin, rare earth, graphite, mica, etc.
1. Exclusive patent, structural innovation: Compared with the domestic similar ring roll grinding products, the crushing pair adopts a combined structure, and the transmission spindle adopts a polygonal diamond structure, which has strong crushing ability, low maintenance and low use cost.
2. Good product granularity and stable performance: SHM high-speed grinding is the ideal equipment for the current dry production of non-metallic ore fines. The main machine is equipped with a built-in classification mechanism. The grading wheel has a unique structure, good grading effect, concentrated powder particles and no large particle pollution.
3. Small wear and good shock absorption: The grinding ring is made of special wear-resistant alloy steel, and the service life is increased by 2~3 times. The main base is made of integral steel casting structure with high structural strength and good shock absorption performance.
4. High output and low energy consumption: SHM-289 has the advantages of high output per unit, low energy consumption and obvious improvement in efficiency. When producing products of 250 mesh to 800 mesh, the output of the original large-scale crushing equipment is increased by more than 40%.
